The contact form collects your name, e-mail, optionally your phone number and your message. When booking, the data needed to follow up on the treatment (identity, contact details, chosen service, appointment history) may be recorded. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Your consent for enquiries sent through the site, and performance of the service or pre-contractual steps for appointments and their follow-up.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Appointment data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived or erased in line with legal obligations.
Hosting and recipients
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Application data is hosted in the European Union by Supabase. Only Cindy Tavares accesses the data; no transfer is made to third parties other than the technical providers required to run the site.
Booking
Appointments are booked through Planity: the data entered when booking is processed by Planity under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and for the security of the professional area are stored; they do not require prior consent.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the professional area is protected by authentication and permission checks.
Your rights
