Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, photographs of the work, videos, logo, visual identity and layout — belongs exclusively to the salon or is used with permission. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, is forbidden without prior written consent. The diplomas and certificates shown are Cindy Tavares' own and are published for information.

Photographs and image rights

The published photographs show work carried out at the salon. No artificially generated image is used. Anyone who believes they are identifiable in a photograph may request its removal by e-mail at alongledulac@gmail.com.

Booking and payment

Online booking is provided by Planity, whose terms of use and privacy policy apply when you book. Treatments are paid for on site at the salon. Prices are shown in euros including tax and may change; the applicable price is the one in force on the day of the appointment. An appointment may be cancelled or moved by notifying the salon within a reasonable time.

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personal care services provided on an agreed date are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the site's privacy policy. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which you may exercise at alongledulac@gmail.com. Should a disagreement persist, a complaint may be filed with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Consumer mediation

Under articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every client may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after first trying to resolve it directly with the salon. The competent mediator's details are provided on request at alongledulac@gmail.com.

Liability and applicable law

The salon strives to keep published information accurate (prices, opening hours, treatments) but cannot be held liable for an error, omission or temporary unavailability of the site. Links to third-party sites do not engage its liability. The site and the services are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, French courts have jurisdiction.
